ELISIONE - ELISION or SINALE'FE
Hi everybody,
with muse score 4 I can't find how I can write the Elision...
with the buttons: cmd + alt + - it doesn't work...
When under the notes i use the "lyrics" to write the words...i need to use the elision symbol and I don't know how to find it...
please could you help me? I've an exam in 3 days!

Choose the "Wide elision" character from the Special Characters screen (Shift+F2).
And if you want it to look more beautiful, add Ctrl+Space while in lyrics mode before you invoke the Special Characters screen. That will put a space before the elision character, which looks more balanced.

Shift+F2 on my Mac late 2012 doesn't work...
also Ctrl+Space doesn't work...
I always have to insert a special character, and the process is very long…

Enter altraes then->View->Master palette->Symbols->Lyrics.

Via F8, Insert special characters
I think you could add it to a custom palette for later use.
