Downloading MuseScore4 Problems

I was working on it earlier this week, but the app's logo went gray, and it said I didn't have permission to access it. So I deleted the old app and went to the MuseHub to try and download it again, but now the app's downloading process seems to be paused, it only stopped about 90% of the process. What can I do to fix it, because I need it to work on my thesis that I am writing right now.
