Playback incorrect in v4.02
Sometimes when editing rhythms, the playback engine seems to be bound to the previous rhythm that was entered and not what is currently notated.
In measures 18, 20, 22 the 1/4 note on beat 4 is anticipated by an 8th note. The only way to fix this is to delete the entire content of the measure and re-enter it.

It is playing as notated for me - but note the chord symbol is notated on the wrong beat, it's attached to 3.5 instead of 4. So you're hearing that, but the melody note is on beat 4.
