Convert wav file to MIDI
Using Anthem Score, from a .wav file, I do end up in MuseScore. How can I get this .xml file into my Cakewalk so I can work on it?

Well, MuseScore imports (Opens) and exports MusicXML.
As for Cakewalk, it seems to export MusicXML - but cannot import MusicXML.
