Clarinet Stopped Transposing

I am writing a score with a Bb clarinet part, entering the notes as sounded with my Midi keyboard. The notes for the clarinet part WERE entering automatically transposed but suddenly the transposition stopped working. I tried going into the part properties and it says transposition down a major second, so that's not the problem. How can I fix this?
