MU4 MIDI PLAYBACK wrongly outputs *all* NOTE-ON midi messages with VELOCITY 1,

MU4 MIDI PLAYBACK - wrongly outputs all NOTE-ON midi messages with VELOCITY 1, though they are all manually set to 100 through properties > play > velocity panel.

Please see attached monitor log.

This is extremely frustrating as external MIDI instruments usually DO NOT SOUND notes at velocity 1, and, as such, MU4 playback does not sound on external MIDI systems...

Could this be corrected ?
