Multiple Users - Macs - Musescore 4

We are looking to update all our macs and PCs with MuseScore 4 (we currently have v3)
I know that you have re-designed the way the sounds and plugins are installed and operate.
What I would like to know is if there is an easy way to ensure that (especially on macs) multiple users have access to all the sound libraries.
Is there a particular folder that these need to be installed in? I have tried this and it works fine for a single user but having trouble when another user logs in.
Any help you can offer is really appreciated.
