Musescore Installation Failure ...

Please review my enclosed summary of my experience below ...:

...and thanks for your effort to help me with the Musescore Installation failure issues - I'll try to re-post my posting.

My additional comments & findings are as follows:

• contrary to some advice/suggestions of other Musescore users, I believe that there must be some bug/s between Ver 3 & 4 based on this observation: initially, after downloading & successfully installing the last Updates of VER 3.6.2 - it worked flawlessly (!), HOWEVER: after an extensive testing and trying to RE-INSTALL the NEW VER 4.1 NOT-ONLY the missing Graphics Library file/s error re-appeared but also to my shocking surprise ---> the well-working-VER 3.6.2 had started working 'erratically' in the form of distorted sequence/score sliding even from different keys and pitch of the melodic lines (!). In view of this Software behavior, I really think there was a strange interference within the score ...!

• in such abnormal situations, I usually check for presence of some virus BUT - I did NOT find any, and I've re-installed my Windows 10 - Home, Version 20H2, OS Build 19042.1586 about 8 months ago ...

So in summary - I would really GREATLY APPRECIATE if anyone from the Musescore Programmers/Creators could at least help me where I could download this Graphics Library file/s which could possibly give us a clue what is the major cause of this installation failure ...?!?
