Musescore 4.1 playback issues

Playing back any score with any instrumentation in either MS Basic or MuseSounds results in all instruments playing back with what sounds like a sped-up violin and completely ignoring the tempo. I have uninstalled and deleted the program files for Musescore itself, Muse Hub, and Muse Sounds, and the problem persisted after reinstallation. This problem appeared randomly and didn't coincide with any changes to the operating system or Musescore preferences. I didn't attach any particular score because every file behaves this way.

I am running Windows 11 with an ASRock x470 motherboard, a Ryzen 2600x, an RTX 3070, and a WD Blue NVME SSD.
