downloading Muse Hub Sounds

Hi. When I open Muse Hub and click 'GET' for a sound I get a message that says "unable to download Muse X. The muse background service is not running!' How do I get it to run? I click on Muse Hub file which seems to launch Muse Hub okay. Thanks for any help.
