music playing too high pitched

nevermind apparently not setting your sound output up correctly makes the app play the score in 4x speed

so basically I went to View>Preferences>I/O and changed the audio device to the one I am currently using (not system default)

Excellent.
I have the same issue using my "System default" which points to Steelseries GG wihch in turns currently uses my speakers. So I tried different audio outputs. Some play too fast/high, some plays too slow/low, I can't see a pattern of whether it's my speaker/headest or with/without SteelSeries GG.
I couldn't find a single output that works.
