Corrupted score not autosaving

So I've spent the last 5 hours editing my score, and Musescore 4 crashes. Whatever, okay, I know this program autosaves, I have it set to do that. I look inside the autosave folder, and the last autosave was 9 days ago. ???
For context, this score is corrupted, and has been for as long as probably the last autosave, but I can't do anything about it as far as I can tell. It's a triplet linked-TAB issue that I think was still being worked on.
Is there anyway I can make Musescore 4 autosave even corrupted scores?

Better to fix the corruption to avoid it cascading into an unrecoverable situation. And don't rely on Autosave - make proper backup copies with unique names.

Does this file work? I inserted a measure after 100 and re-entered notes. Then I deleted 100. Then I went into the Parts and reset them.
