Batch convert all scores in a folder on mac

Dear Forum,

I have a lot of scores in one folder and I would like to export all of them to pdf files. I am on a Mac. On Musescore 3 I used the plugin Batch Convert, but it is not usable for Musescore 4. I suppose I can do this conversion via command line, but I don't know how.

So could someone please tell me what I have to type in Terminal (I presume), to convert all .mscz files of a folder into .pdf files? Please don't tell me to look it up in the handbook, as I did this already and it basically said I have to make a .json and type the name of every single file. This is just too much to do.

I would really appreciate some help here, as it would take me ages to do open all the scores by hand.
