Mobile Oversight...

please tell me why when i use mobile there are some scores not available on the app so i open them in my web browser but then i can open them bc i cant open more than 2 scores a week or something like that and it wants me to "install the app' to view more scores but i want to view scores THAT ARENT AVAILABLE ON THE APP!! so annoying plz fix
