Bars have different widths when they should be equal
I'm trying to make a system for an instrument, but for some reason, the ends of bars have unequal widths.
Edit: The issue is in the Horn part, not the main score.

That MSCZ score is fine and it does not match at all with the truncated screenshot that you posted earlier.

The issue is in the Horn part. I forgot to clarify that.

It seems to have something to do with the breath mark. Remove that and the measure expands to the right margin.
That looks like a bug that should be reported on Github https://github.com/musescore/MuseScore/issues/new/choose

Thanks for https://github.com/musescore/MuseScore/issues/19848
Are you using breath marks for phrasing? There are other methods. I think I'd be more worried about the dynamics and note names and such. that don't show up.

Whatever the breath marks are being used for, even just for decoration, they shouldn't shorten the length of the system.
Don't confuse the issue. The OP has identified a bug. Whatever else may be non-optimal in the example is irrelevant. Let's assume it is work in progress and any other issues will be fixed by the OP (or not) as the OP wishes. Fixing them will not fix the bug and that is the only thing that matters.

I'm using breath marks as breath marks. I honestly don't know why the dynamics aren't showing up, if you could tell me why, that would be appreciated. Perhaps another bug?

Better start a new thread for a new bug, otherwise it gets confusing working out which reply goes with which bug. Also a new, relevant title will attract the attention of those who know about such things but might not bother to look at a thread about breath marks.

Done. https://github.com/musescore/MuseScore/issues/19852

Except that going by the title of this thread, it is not about breath marks. It's about measure length.
As a courtesy, I was pointing out an additional issue. Just how else was I supposed to do that?
