Muse score file corrupted and is only visible in cloud version but you can not open it in coud?

My Muse score file is corrupted. The front page is only visible in the open page in cloud but it is impossible to open the file in cloud version neither in the App because the App crashes (version 4.1.1) an cloud version informs that "page not found". The backup is not found in the PC data folders. How can I restore the file in cloud version?
