Uninstall the Musescore Android App
Repeated attempts to log into the Android App with a long standing account. No log in option, no support other then "Oh you need .com!" and equally crap there.

Did you contact the support team over on musescore.com? They are the ones who handle issues relating to the mobile apps. This site here is or discussion of notation software itself.
