I need all of my scores back my email was raphaelm31@nycstudents.net but the school wont allow musescore anymore so I need everything transferred to m96382156@gmail.com as quickly as possible

As said, you need to contact support at musescore.com. They might not help you, though, if your files are in an account not in your name. I mean, if the account was in your name you'd be able to access it, wouldn't you, with or without MuseHub sounds? Have you asked your school? Presumably there are others in a similar situation.
