Musescore.com score playback speeding up particular instruments

This is on Musescore 4.1.1. I uploaded a woodwind choir arrangement for Greensleeves which plays back completely normally in Musescore itself , but when exported/uploaded to the site through Musescore, the playback audibly has particular instruments that are as much as half a beat ahead of all other instruments at random moments.

All specific parts in the online score that contain the issue:

0:22, 0:25, 0:30 in Alto Sax/Clarinet
1:03 - 1:18,1:52, 2:00, 2:59 (very noticeable) in Flute 2/Clarinet
2:22 (most noticeable) in Flute 2/Clarinet

If you are using MuseSounds, what you describe could be related to this issue reported on both musescore.org (see for instance https://musescore.org/en/node/357131) and GitHub (https://github.com/musescore/MuseScore/issues/20019). A workaround has been found and is given in https://musescore.org/en/node/357131#comment-1216067.
