Transposing Official Scores

I was told by the MuseScore support team that I could transpose an Official score but I do not see that option available. My subscription is PRO, might it me possible if I had the PRO + subscription? I am currently allowed to save an Official score to My Sets, but not to transpose, unless I am missing something. I currently use the Windows application on my laptop. Thanks for any help and suggestions.

If you can open a score from musescore.com in your Musescore application (based on your subscription type), you can transpose it there.

Thanks - I am only successful in opening it from the MuseScore website but not from the App as I receive an error message (attached) stating that the score is not available. At this point, I would have to say I am not allowed due to my subscription type. I will upgrade to the Pro + version and retry it.

I am not sure if this helps. I am not familiar with the Musescore Andriod or iOS apps. The error message seems to be of a different reasion so I assume, any upgrad may help or even not.
Can you locate this score with a PC browser? Is there a hint to PRO or PRO+ as in my picture?

Addendum: unfortunately I don't know whether transposing is even possible in an iOS or Adroid app. I only know that it is possible in the MuseScore program for Windows, MacOS or Linux. I assumed in my answer that you were talking about the PC program.

Yes, I can find the score and I also have Pro near my icon so we have the same subscription I assume. I only attempted to use my iPad as someone else suggested that's how they do it but I have only used my Windows laptop to open, transpose, etc as you do. I think the problem is that it is an Official score so the transposition option is not available. Maybe if I upgrade to the Pro + it will be available. I emailed tech support so I will let you know what they suggest before I pay more for an upgrade.
