MIDI keyboard octave problems

Hi, I currently operate a MIDI keyboard of the model Keystation 61 MK3, and recently have tried to use it on Musescore 4. Like most MIDI keyboards, the MK3 has an octave modulation funcionality, thus having buttons to control octave. While using my keyboard on Musescore, it seems that by default the central octave is out of reach, and unlike any other software I have used my keyboard with, the modulation tool has no impact. Despite my efforts to change the octave using the buttons, it has no effect on Musescore.

I am in need of assistance to try and solve this problem, currently I simply can't use my keyboard on Musescore due to that problem.
