Album feature (or something similar) for combining files?

I've seen a number of discussions here about combining multiple files into one and a number of them points to an old feature called "Album feature" that is no longer available after 4.0. I am currently working on a multi-movement work that involves 2 pianos and I had each movement set up as a separate file for easier management as I was writing it. Now that I have finished writing, I would like to combine the 3 files into one so I can organize page numbers and page turns properly. The instrumentation between movements are exactly the same and what I need is basically some space for the title of each movement. Is there a way for me to do that without resorting to the rather crude way of extending bar numbers and copy/paste?
