UX problems with musescore.org

I think that their are a few unexplained things with the musescore.org website, I would propose a slightly modified design to fix this, but I do not know what the explanation is:
- why are their 2 search bars
- what is "muse sounds manager"
- what is the difference between musescore.org and musescore.com (I searched muse score looking for the composing software and found what appears to be a marketplace of music sheets and courses.) Maybe their could be a 1 line banner at the top saying something along the lines of "looking for muse score the composing software? Go to musescore.org" with a link and vice versa for musescore.org
