I can't move chords
If you select a whole chord, you'd be able to move the chord all at once. I got this problem that I can only move one note at a time. It's really annoying and is putting so much more afford to move sections or chords.
Please fix this

I’ve noticed this too. I’ve been using the transpose tool or the arrow keys instead. Still, this would be great to bring back.

You don't explain how you are selecting the chord and how you are trying to move it.
If I do a range select, then the entire chord moves up or down by semitones (using UpArrow or DownArrow) and the entire chord also transposes correctly (using Tools > Transpose > By Interval > Up / Down).
But if you try to select a note within the chord by using the mouse, then by definition you have just de-selected the entire chord in favour of a single note. You can "sort of" move the selected chord with Ctrl+Shift+click on a note, then drag the entire chord. But that process misses out semitones, so it's not a proper solution.

Earlier you could select a section, either vertically or horizontally, and drag it with your mouse.
