Score Crashes When Changing Time Signature
Any time I try to change the time signature of measure 20, my score crashes.

Make a backup copy before doing it:
As a workaround - go to measure 26 (percussion 4), remove Tom instrument, select whole rest and add Tom instrument again.
Then try to change time signature

Just removing the word "Toms" in prec.4 at measure 26 allows the time sig change. It just seems to me that somewhere there may be an improper instrument change. hard to say.
