You should provide more details.
For example, do you have a song in C major and you want it transposed to F major?
Or do you have a song for piano, for example, and want to play it with an alto saxophone or trumpet? In the same pitch or in a different pitch?

First you have to transcribe your song in MuseScore as it is written in your template (a part of it is enough for demonstration). Use the instrument that is indicated there. Then attach this file here and say what you want - transposed to a new key or changed for a transposing instrument to play along with the original instrument.
