When MuseScore 4 opens, files won't show up.

I attempted to recover the files in the second picture but failed to retrieve them. The only explanation for why or how this happened is that my apps are managed by someone else, who may have "deleted" those files. Even the .mscbackup folder did not contain them. I would greatly appreciate any assistance in resolving this issue. It had a school project on it and the deadline is nearing.
