can Muse score import PDF of guitar Tabs
I have a high quality guitar tab PDF ( with time values as beams and stems ) that I want to edit and transpose and display in standard notation.
( I am totally new to Musescore)
Can this be done?

I don’t think so. If you want it to be possible, here isn’t the place to ask. Audiveris made this software, not musescore.
