Hi ! Works fine too. My mistake, it was because I've changed language. On the other hand :
I do have, even version 3 and 4, a problem with accents. I use a lot Greek language and there is a lot of accentued letters, exemple : ά ; ό ; ί ; ϊ
when pressing letter key to put accent, the letter repeat itself till you press key like that :
αααααααααααααάαα
so you have to delete extra letters and to keep the one with accent you need.
May be you'll have some good idea to fix it ?
Best regards

I assume you're talking about support in your OS and keyboard for a "dead key" to enter accented characters in a special manner? I don't have access to such a system so I can't confirm whether a problem exists or not. Best to start a new thread and describe the problem in more detail, and say which OS and what keyboard layout you are using.

Meanwhile, MsueScore provides a "Special characters" palette you can access with F2 while editing text, and accented characters can be added from that with a click.

Hi Marc, I am French and my English is not that good. Therefore may be I am not able to be understandable.
I started a thread about it sometime ago but no comment.
I am using mas OS Mojave or Ventura depending on I am on macbook pro from 2013 or more recent iMac.
I am using a regular keyboard and I can put any kind of accents in all softs except Musescore.
The way to put accent, same on a smartphone or tablet, is to keep your finger on the key and then a short menu appears and you can choose accent for this letter depending on the language you are using.
For instance I am writing here with a french keyboard AZERTY and if I hold on "i" key I will have 6 options.
I make a screen shot if you know this and don't understand what I am saying.

i this is an "i" and as you can see on the screen shot there is 6 options above...

Regards
