My file is corrupted MuseScore 3.5.2

I have been writing an arrangement that I need to hand in in a week and it was almost finished. I had the score open in MuseScore and my MacBook ran out of battery. When I reopened the score it said it's corrupted and it doesn't give me any details of specific bars. When I choose to press ignore it opens completely empty file. I have tried to search for auto-saved files and hidden files, but the only auto-saved file I found was also corrupted. I have attached the original one and the backup file I found. Can someone please help to fix this file?
