Da capo and repeats?
I'm currently writing a score that has sections that repeat throughout, and it jumps back to the beginning at the end. I tried using "DC al Fine" and "Da capo", but on the second run the repeats I have don't take the first ending and jump to the second ending. How would I notate this to have the sections repeat?

Normal musical practice is to not play repeats on a DC and that is Musescore's default. To make Musescore play the repeats select the DC Marker and in the properties panel select "Play repeats". See https://musescore.org/en/handbook/4/jumps-and-markers#Jump_and_marker_p…
If you are giving the music to human players I recommend that you edit the text of the DC marker to say "DC con rep." or "DC (play repeats)" or similar, so that they know not to follow the normal practice.
