How do I recover a score if musecore quit unexpectadely?

I was working on a score when Musescore quit unexpectedly, I hadn't saved any of my progress and I can't find the file anywhere. I have the autosave on for every 5 minutes, but I can't find the score. Is there anyway I can recover it without having to start all over again?
