MIDI export for piano/keyboard/synth parts bug

So I have a piece of music that has a Piano, a Lead Synth and an Organ (its really for a Pad sound) with entirely different music written for each part. However, when i export the MIDI to my Logic Pro X DAW all 3 MIDI files are mushed together. For example, if I ONLY export the lead synth part the MIDI will include the notes that are also being played by the Piano and the Organ parts, even though I exported it separately. This issue remains even if I copy and paste one part unto an entirely new document so as to export it from a totally separate file. Any help will be must appreciated, thanks.

P.S. I am using Musescore 4
