Musescore 4.2.1 Freezes for a few seconds frequently while working
Musescore 4 (currently 4.2.1), when writing and orchestral score, and using muse sounds to achieve this process, freezes for a couple to three seconds, when clicking playback after editing, or clicking at a measure to fill notes, and maybe in other instances that I cannot remember for now. Also the repeat button R, repeats the data selected very slowly, which was not an issue in MU3, It makes the work slow and stressful. I don't know if it's a RAM Issue.

Windows 11 23H2
Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-10750H CPU @ 2.60GHz 2.59 GHz

Does the sound stutter? It could be the issue with reverb. If you deselect (in the mixer) reverb from instruments and the aux1, aux2 and master, it could help.
I’m assuming you have a SSD since it’s a new system. That makes a big difference. When I was using someone else’s laptop (Windows), I used a USB stick to store my files. If I loaded the score directly from there, Musescore had many delays. When I copied the file to the main SSD drive and opened it from the main drive, it ran well.
