What did you do that lead to this happening?
Please post the score that is exhibiting this unusual behaviour (that's the .MSCZ file, not a picture or a PDF).

In measure 31, the leading space of the first note has been set at 50sp. Reset it to zero and it looks much better.

Check the rests in those measures and reset their leading space
