[feature Request] Automatically enter chord notes and scales

I think it would be amazing if it were possible to automatically enter a chord (the notes, not the symbol) with minimal keystrokes. For example:

Select a note duration
Click on a measure to locate the chord
Click some keyboard shortcut
Type a chord name like "Am"
Have the 3 note chord appear with the correct duration, with a chord symbol above it.
viola

Either type the name or open new window with chords to chose from.

Similarly, do the same kind of thing to enter a scale.
There could be options to choose the number notes in the scale and the direction (up or down)
This could give a quick starter for further editing

Just a few thoughts.
