Clarinet part not working.

I am trying to write a piece for my music theory class. The past few days, everything has been working well. Today I sat down to work a little more and the clarinet sound isn't working. The only notes that will playback are the higher G, F, and E. I've tried resetting my computer and the app multiple times. I don't really know what to do now.

edit: I would also like to add that the clarinet sound plays fine when I press play on the entire score, just not when I am trying to write.
