Select a fingering mark in your score then change its font in the Properties Panel (MS4x). You can set that font as the default for the score you're working on or a Style Sheet in the Properties Panel (right-click on the 3-dot marks.) You can also go into Style Settings (Format Menu -> Styles -> Text Styles -> Fingering) and save the font as your default.
