Sfz, Sffz, Fz, + Similar Dynamics and Repeated Notes

I'm having trouble getting MU4 to play an 'sffz' dynamic on a note after one of the same pitch. i.e. a repeated F-sharp. The problem note is in bar 50, beat 2, of the Alto (MuseSound English Horn) stave of the attached score. Sffz seems to work with notes of different pitches. Is anyone able to help?

On my system, I don't think any of the instruments do a very good job of that dynamic. Plus the piano adds a very loud bang to the sound. Not sure what can be done, yet.
