Trill style
OK, riddle me this. I see that 4.1 added trill interval control (one of my previous issues). Great! So, I just updated my 4.0 to 4.2, and while it has this important feature, it's lost the trill style setting ("normal" vs. baroque (i.e, starting note))!?! Is there a workaround?

I have a vague memory of figuring out an interval workaround for playback back in v3: I placed a separate hidden/nonsounding note before the trill with the correct accidental. I think it worked. Moot now :-)
Guess a starting-note workaround might be to add a hidden grace note.
