Swing setting

At the moment (4.2) it isn't possible to select a swing setting below 25%. This is a problem when the swing setting should diminish until straight, since it will only be possible to go from 25% to straight. But the main problem is that if 20% is selected, there is no error message and the default value of 60% is set. It would be fine to be able to select any value, or to have a message saying that minimum 25%, or at least automatically select 25%, even if there is no error message
