Help

Help, it's 1 AM and i already perfecting the scores for hours.
I save these files online, When it done it said it had an error, so before i exit, I save the files first.
Then I check those files again, and it cannot open.
I already check on C:\Users\HP\AppData\Local\MuseScore\MuseScore4\cloud_scores
and the score is there, but the size is 0 bytes. that's why I can't attach my files.
All my hardwork is gone.
I almost broke my laptop.
Is there's anyway to get my files back?
