Time signature and measure errors

Musescore advises error in file. The measure in question is 2nd flute playing regular 8th notes against flute 1 which has a bar of sextuplets and one of nontupelets. The error message says flute 2s bars are looking for a different time signature and advises against saving. Can this be rectified. Bars 493 and 495 respectively.
