I cant access my subscription
I paid for a year subscription from the get-go from the apple store on my phone. I have a subscription that for almost a year I have not been able to use and it expires on August 12. I renewed it thinking the subscription was the problem but whe apple app does not recognize an active subscription, in the meantime I am at the mercy of no support with my issue. I have paid $39.99 twice for nothing.
