Fix expression text above the staff
I searched for this topic and got no search results, just an error message, see attached.
In choral scores, expression marks are above the staff to avoid confusion with lyrics.
I know I can press Ctrl+E, enter a text, escape to get out, then X to swap.
How do I tell Musescore that from now on in every score I create I want the expression text above the staff?
Similar considerations apply to other symbols such as dynamics.

That's bizarre!
In Format / Style, all the other types of text have fields to set them, by default, Above or Below the staff. Expression Text appears to be the only exception to that rule. I hope someone can tell you that I'm wrong here :-(
Just adding a +1 here. This is quite an annoyance when engraving 19c choral music!
