MuseScore never ever under any circusmatnces removes the files you have saved from your drive. Simply navigate to the folder you saved it in and you will find it right there under same name you saved it to.
But it sounds like you might be saying you accidentally deleted more measures than you intended? note MsueScore doesn't really have a concept of removing "pages" - you select measures to delete. Or you can remove a staff from the entire score. Anyhow, if you deleting more than you intended, then as mentioned, Undo fixes this and any other things you do by mistake.

If you still have musescore open and haven't done anything since deleting try CTRL+Z (undo).
