I have had Musescore PRO for some time, but suddenly I only have Basic subscription even I have paid for PRO in May. Have tried to reach support, but oneone answer.

This is definitely not something that anyone here on musescore.org will be able to help with. You need to go to musescore.com. See the following information. I believe that one/more of these links identifies an email address you can send to? I think the subscription page is likely to help?
