Advanced Workspace

I am trying to find the breaks palette, but can't. Searching it says it is in the advanced workspace. I can't seem to find the advanced workspace. In the handbook it says:
To switch between workspaces: Use the drop-down menu at the bottom of the workspace panel. animated gif showing how to switch between basic and advanced palette.
In my window there is only Default Workspace.

To be clear:

MU3 had the breaks in the "Breaks & Spacers" palette. It also had an "Advanced" workspace that you could enable to add certain palettes in a group, but "Breaks & Spacers" was part of the default "Basic" workspace; you didn't need "Advanced" just to access breaks.

MU4 has the breaks in the "Layout" palette. This is also part of the default workspace; no need to do anything special to access breaks.

Note though that you never need the palette to access breaks. Just like any text editor or word processor, you enter breaks by hitting Enter.
