creating a score for bagpipe
The bagpipe embellishments are all entering one pitch flat for each note in each embellishment when I click the embellishment to enter it.
I also show 2 high a's that are red.
I tried saving, closing and reopening. Same effect.
I just updated version of Musescore.

That would s because bagpipes (implemented as) transposing instruments, so you can apply those embellishments only to a bagpipe instrument
