Usage of a simile (./.) for parts of a measure
Hi @all!
is it possible to use a simile (./.) for parts of a measure, for two beats for example.
The manual suggests that it might be possible, but I couldn't really work it out.
Managed only to use the simile for the repetition of one, two or four measures.

Thomas

You might visually get this, but not with playback

Playback doesn't matter in this case.
But how do I get it visually?
If I try to insert a simile from the palette, the complete measure get's replaces.
I tried to delete the beats in question and to apply the simile to the resulting rests, but that didn't help ...

Take it from the Symbols palette instead

That did the trick.
Additionally one has to hide the rests.
Thank's a lot!
